When you request an estimate, you may provide the following information:

• Physical address
• Project notes or descriptions

This information is used exclusively to contact you and prepare an estimate for your project.

2.2 Authentication (optional)

If you choose to sign in (using Apple, Google, or email and password), Firebase Authentication may process:

• Name (when provided by the identity provider)
• Email address
• Authentication identifiers

Signing in is optional and not required for browsing projects, products, or services.

2.3 Firebase services

The App uses additional Firebase services:

• Cloud Firestore to store estimate requests and non-sensitive tracking IDs.
• Firebase Storage to host and deliver project and product images.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, and we do not use the data for behavioral advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Prepare and send project estimates;
• Allow users to log in and manage optional account features;
• Display tracking status for estimates via a non-sensitive ID;
• Ensure that app features such as image loading work correctly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We only share information with service providers that are necessary to operate the App:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Storage) – used for secure sign-in, data storage and image delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf and follow their own privacy and security practices. No data is shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions depending on your device:

• Internet access – required to communicate with our backend (Firebase) and load cloud content.
• Notifications – used only to inform you about the status of an estimate submission when enabled.

The App does not access your photos, camera, contacts or precise location.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, for example by relying on secure communication (HTTPS) and trusted cloud providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in applicable laws. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
